If you're in love with your car, there's a place for you this weekend. The Richmond Raceway hosts the Third Annual Richmond Nationals, an automotive meet-up put on by the Memphis-based National Street Rod Association. More than 1,800 vintage cars will be driven from across the country and parked at the complex for extensive staring and the occasional discreet touch. The tools for pimping out that '71 Duster rusting in a garage will be available, with aftermarket suppliers on hand and an auto-parts swap scheduled. The car show idles into town Aug. 24-26 and starts at 8:30 a.m. Tickets are $3-$12. 329-7914. S
