Golden Russet Release

2019 was our first harvest of Golden Russet. To say that we are excited to share this single varietal with the world is an understatement. Some facts about Golden Russet: - first recorded in the 1700s in New York - only moderately resistant to major apple diseases (so every apple is precious!) - this medium sized apple is fully russeted and has a fine-grained yellow flesh - it is chock full of sugar and can be eaten out of hand but we make them all into cider!
