Garden Shouldn't Grow Government

I have seen the 9th and B Urban Farm project develop (“Urban Yield,” News & Features, May 19) and enjoyed reading the article until the last statement from Lisa Taranto: “Grass-roots is great, but to create the kind of systemic change we need, policy has to be involved.” Now the truth is told, this is another statist project to ultimately force people into doing something right as deemed by the elitists and government. Let the free enterprise system deem what is right, not Ms. Taranto.
