Re: “Wonderwalls”: I live near the GRTC bus barns and this is the first I’ve heard of the Richmond Street Art Festival. The buildings at the site are empty because, over the years, toxic waste seeped into the soil. The city currently has contractors cleaning up the toxic waste. It is an ongoing project which will take years. How are they going to have a festival, which will probably attract thousands, on the site of an active environmental remediation project? — Posted by W. Henry Winston, June 14, 6:31 p.m.
