Georgianne Ginder, MSc, CHWC has observed that a pervasive intolerance has been growing in our society in these turbulent times. We need to acknowledge and manage our "diet", and it's not just what we eat. What we consume in any form can contribute positively or negatively to our well-being and our ability to cope with the myriad stressors that we encounter. Georgianne's aim in this class is to arm it's attendees with tools to navigate these trying and charged times and feelings.
