I find it humorous that most people are missing the point. It's not about being nice and getting ahead. It's about doing something kind and hopefully making a change. Even if that change is making one person's bad day better. Not to mention she said for the adults it's about taking time to think about what you love or want to change about our city. See the thing is guys complaining about things you don't like won't lead to change. You have to put actions behind your words. From what I understand that is what this is about, remembering that within in all of us is the power to change something. Fair enough if you dont like her approach. It may be too whimsical for some, but at least she is doing something she cares about. You have to be great in act as you've been in thought. It's up to us to not let the world see fear and sad distrust. (Yes, I just paraphrased Shakespeare.) It's on us to decide the world in which we live. I prefer one that isn't full of cynics.
