Heritage, not hate? It certainly seemed plausible Saturday when a black father and son accepted a Confederate flag during the Annual Confederate Heritage Month Parade in Richmond. The parade, sponsored by the Sons of Confederate Veterans, started on DMV Drive and veered past the Science Museum on West Broad Street before ending at Hollywood Cemetery. S
