Join us for our third event in our Fermentation Series! Chef Michael Stotler from Stotler's Home Cooking will be demonstrating how to make sauerkraut, fermented ketchup, and fermented mustard (made with Courthouse Creek Cider). We will be serving Brats with the fermented kraut, ketchup, and mustard for your enjoyment during class! This will be a fun, educational night!
