Presented by Altria and Dominion Energy and produced by Venture Richmond, this festival celebrates the rich culture of Jackson Ward with co-headliners Visions Band (Saturday) and the Art of Noise (Sunday) as well as others including Debo Dabney, the Virginia Commonwealth University Black Awakening Choir, Lucy Kilpatrick, Ordinary People, the School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community and Sisterly Grace. The fun takes place Saturday, Oct. 7, and Sunday, Oct. 8, at 200 S. Third St. in Jackson Ward. Free. venturerichmond.com.
