You can’t simply be in a band anymore. There are way too many out there. You need a hook, babe. When it comes to bountiful novelty act bills, it’s hard to top Okilly Dokilly, or five guys from Phoenix dressed like Ned Flanders playing original scream metal with such song titles as “Donut Hell,” “White Wine Spritzer” and “Godspeed Little Doodle.” If that isn’t enough for the curiosity-seekers, the bill is rounded out by Beatallica, a mash-up of the Beatles and Metallica, and local favorites Los Ramones covering all your favorite Ramones tunes in Spanish. Experience all the bewildering diddlies on Sunday, May 28, at the Camel. 8 p.m. $15. thecamel.org.
