The Richmond branch of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are hosting a benefit show on January 10th from 8 pm to 12 am at Strange Matter. The show features the podcast District Sentinel Radio and local bands The Alex Jonestown Massacre and Serqet. Funds raised at the show will go towards the Richmond DSA’s Brake Light Clinic, a free brake light replacement program for the community. Brake lights are the most common cause of traffic stops that result in costly fines or deadly encounters with the police.
