Dogs Gone Wild 2018

Gainesville. Florida folk artist Rusty Hammer has created a whole new litter of his wonderfully whimsical, wooden creatures and will be on hand from 5-9 to meet all the dog/art lovers. These dogs are made out of pine and found object wood left over from other projects.Most people consider them to be Outsider Art or Folk Art since rusty doesnt go by formal MFA program all his work reflects a total humor combining dog and Human features and characterizations! Stop by artemis gallery 5-10pm fisrt fridays to see the work hear live music by Norman Norteldorf and light refreshments
