When someone says "stop", they are not "having sex." C'mon, Style, y'all know better.

As a UR Law Student, I am personally sickened that the administrator(s) in question didn't immediately recognize this as a serious criminal matter. And re: the "nanny state" dig posted by another commenter: you're misinterpretting the Title XI guidance — by which the university is required to address cases of alleged/confirmed sexual assault in a number of ways — which in this instance obviously should have meant involving law enforcement. The intra-university measures are (supposed to be) taken solely to protect victims and identify assailants to other institutions to which they might transfer.
