Experts say that only about 30 percent of physical aging can be traced to our genes; the rest is up to us. Genea Luck of AARP will share five pillars of brain healthy behavior, which research indicates will help reduce the risk of age related diseases and optimize our chance of maintaining our cognitive abilities. Better still, we can adopt these good behaviors starting today and see a benefit, regardless of our age. Triad works to enhance the quality of life for, and reduce crime against senior citizens.
