As others have pointed out, here is the stats bkink. Please explain your rational for throwing more $$$ @ this dysfunctional system. then there is MLK Middle school. $40 million to build and let's not forget the grand opening celebration that costs the taxpayers I think around 10-15K. Great ROI? In 2017 MLK Middle ranked worse than ALL middle schools in Virginia in test scores. 408 out of 408 schools. And it has consistently ranked at the bottom. It also has the most reported incidents of violence in the City school system. Yes, lets continue to grab that handful of cash out of the taxpayers pocket and throw it in the air. Thugs rule this city and uniformed voters, that only vote for.........

BKINK, as others have pointed out,$$$$ is not the answers. As a resident of 40 yrs, nothing changes in an "urban" environment. That is how they wish to live. Ghetto.
