Photography's a tricky business. Other than capturing your standard portrait, there's very little control between the person snapping the shots and the actions of his or her subject. So often a mixture of proper positioning, timing and luck, freezing a moment in time can tell a great story without the benefit of a beginning and an end. Celebrating all things relating to aperture and shutter speed, the Glave Kocen Gallery presents its invitational photography exhibit, “Click.” Curated by BJ Kocen and Style Weekly Photography Editor Scott Elmquist, the show features the work of almost two dozen Richmond artists. With a reception at 6 p.m., the exhibit opens Feb. 5 and runs through Feb. 27.
