What a treat on Dec. 23. Capitol Waffle Shop will be serving delicious Christmas tree waffles with Fruity Pebbles, dollops of whipped cream and fried chicken -- and they're available gluten-free. It also will have Jazzy Christmas at Courthouse Creek playing from 2 to 5 p.m..
