The Chesterfield County Public Library will hold its annual Masquerade for teens, as part of TeenTober, a nationwide celebration of teens that replaces Teen Read Week. The theme for this year’s event is anime and other cartoons. Teens can wear formal, semi-formal or costumes. The event will include dancing, food, games and free books. Teens can win door prizes, including a $100 Amazon gift card. The program is for middle- and high-school students.
