Cavalier 21 was founded in 2017 by music director Justin Williams in order to introduce the Richmond area a bold, youthful string orchestra sound. The orchestra is composed of 21 of the foremost string players in Chesterfield County all younger than 21. The orchestra will be performing two concerts of selections from J.S. Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Franz Schubert.
