Founded in 2011, Hope Thrift's entire inventory comes from tax-deductible donations, and it will pick up larger items at your house. The store's motto is "ministry first, retail second," and all sales benefit the charitable work of Richmond's Hope Church, so you can feel good while looking good. Rumors Boutique on West Broad Street is the place to buy, sell or trade fashionable vintage and retro-inspired clothing and accessories (big hair not included). It's Chic Again in Midlothian offers designer clothing and jewelry at thrifty consignment prices.
