Run by the Junior League of Richmond, the Clothes Rack is a second-hand shop that uses its sales to support its programs. Founded in 1947, it offers clothing, household items and furnishings that are donated from the Junior League and the community at large.

With storefronts on Cary Street and in Stratford Hills, the Clothes Rack offers a wide array of styles of clothing, including designer brands. Recently, the store began the Rolling Rack, a mobile store for events. During the pandemic, the Clothes Rack is only operating its Cary Street location with limited hours. Donations are accepted during limited hours through a contactless donation station.
