No one can deny that Cabell Childress and his agents know how to sell houses. A Richmond native, Childress has been Richmond's top-selling Long and Foster agent for the past five years. He was featured on a 2012 episode of the reality series "House Hunters" and already has sold nearly 100 homes in 2014, with no signs of slowing down. But the statistic that Childress is most proud of is that "99 percent" of his agency's business comes from referrals of past clients. "We're in this to build relationships," he says of his group. "Our clients know we put their interests before ours." Alex Glaser of the Glaser Group is a Richmond native descended from several generations of real estate agents, while Andrea Levine of One South Realty Group uses her EcoBroker certification to help clients buy and sell environmentally friendly properties.
