Walk into the Chester Hardee’s on a Wednesday morning and you’re likely to see patrons jitterbugging between the tables while others enjoy their biscuits and coffee. It’s an unlikely but wildly popular venue for the band Heart of Country, above, which draws a crowd every Wednesday from 8:30-11:30 a.m., as well as the first and third Thursday of the month from 5-8 p.m. 12401 Jefferson Davis Highway.
