Knowledge-economy workers in Richmond without offices seem to stick to cafes to ply their trades. That can be crowded and expensive, and leaves out many great workspaces. Try Mojo’s Philadeli, at 733 W. Cary St., which has free Wi-Fi, an increasing selection of vegetarian items and few customers before happy hour. Just go in, order a $2.50 Pabst Blue Ribbon and ask nicely for the password. If it’s too early, you can always order the delicious Lamplighter coffee.
