Hall of Famer Bombshell keeps doll faces happy in Carytown, Glen Allen, South Side and, naturally, Las Vegas. Serendipity Hair Studio, open for four years, is a place for strict vegans who want a fresh, new hair shade. Owner and lead stylist Rebekah Howard says her salon has used the same professional color line from the start, but now that it has been reformulated without milk proteins, the line is now vegan and doesn’t skimp on shine and light properties. But no matter what your diet is like, Howard says she aims for her clients to have similar experiences at her salon — feeling comfortable and peaceful, “to exit their normal, busy world, even during a haircut.”
