Reporter and anchor Sam Brock — you'll find him co-helming the 5 and 5:30 p.m. newscasts — has a mane to be reckoned with. Dark and sleek — and maybe he's hiding some anonymous sources under there. We asked him to share his hair care tips:

1. Corral the beast, don't tame it.

2. Compulsively keep a minimum of 3-4 shampoos and conditioners rotating through your collection at all times.

3. Never accept $20 from your boss to get a haircut when he demands you get one.

4. Embrace your inner curl.

5. Take pride in your style, even when others (may) mock you from time to time.
