Food trucks and carts aren’t just learning how to play well together and participate in big events and regular pods. Patrick Harris of Boka has been a leader in this movement. Richmond’s new Food Truck Court (foodtruckcourt.com) sets up Tuesdays and Fridays behind the Virginia Historical Society. The museum plays host to the trucks while attracting families to educational treasure hunts for food-related items. Stroke of genius with a side of salsa!
