You see Hall-of-Famer Dr. Joe Niamtu everywhere, and with reason — he’s a popular and favorite go-to guy for work on your face. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but that doesn’t mean first-place winner Travis Shaw can’t give us something better to behold in the mirror. Office manager Laura-Beth Green says the doctor is personable and accessible. “There’s no tie or lab coat,” she says. “It’s definitely a very family atmosphere here.” The procedures themselves are minimally invasive with little downtime. Green says Shaw goes light on cutting and suturing, which means less bruising and swelling. Shaw is also the medical director at Carytown salon Bombshell, another voter favorite.
