Second Place: Kid to Kid

Third Place: Buttons and Bows

Clover is a haven for style-conscious parents who can’t resign themselves to paying $70 for a dress that inevitably will be Popsicle-splotched. The bright consignment boutique in Carytown carries lightly worn clothing for boys and girls from such brands as Hanna Andersson, Tea, Zutano and Baby Gap. We aren’t sure why Richmonders love smocked clothing for tots, but if embroidered crabs and cupcakes are your thing, you’ll find it at Clover. Kid to Kid on West Broad Street also has a wide selection of secondhand clothing, as well as toys and baby gear. Locally owned Buttons and Bows is the place to find special outfits for first communions and other occasions.
