Betty Baugh Harrison was the first veterinarian in Richmond to offer house calls for sick pets back in the late 1990s. And 19 years after opening Betty Baugh’s Animal Clinic, the team credits its victory to that commitment to customer service, holistic options and involvement in animal rescue community service. It’s one of the few animal hospitals in town to offer alternative medicine such as acupuncture to pets — in addition to Western medicine and surgeries. And the doctors are Fear Free certified, employing new techniques to make the vet visit less stressful for dogs, cats and their parents. So your pets can get back to the business of making adorable YouTube videos.
