Re: “Offense Taken

As a member of Fallout and a minority, I can tell you firsthand and without any doubt that Fallout is the most accepting and openly diverse atmosphere you could want in a place of socialization. Race, sex, gender, orientation et al. is not a factor there. People can be who they truly are there without fear of any type of judgment. How many places can "manly" men walk into, rush to the bathroom and put on thier female panties and wig and party without a second glance being thrown at them? People saying that Fallout is racist need to learn the meaning of "artistic integrity". You are more likely to be judged on your taste in music than the color of your skin at Fallout. Period. I personally dont take offense to anything that was done that night. But then again, I have thick skin and I am pretty hard to offend. You'd literally have to kick a child or an animal in front of my face for me to be offended. Words dont mean shit. If one member found it racist and derogatory, so be it. That's his right.
