The Chamber Music Society of Central Virginia presents “Baroque at Wilton House,” an intimate recital of chamber music, performed on period instruments at Wilton House Museum. Preconcert chats will take place 30 minutes before each concert. Baroque music is often called the gateway into classical music, and at no time is baroque music more popular than the winter. The Chamber Music Society of Central Virginia opens the gates wide from Dec. 15 to 18 in Winter Baroque concerts that explore the beauty, brilliance and relevance of 18th century classical music.
