as far as charles kingsfields picture goes of the vista, the picture in the 180 rva website and yours is about 20 ft of difference. if you want the view that was posted at the 180 website step back 10 or 15 ft and you can capture that view. if you go to the very edge of the hill and look down , yes you see main st, you see the rockettes, the river etc. You also neglected to show the awesome city view directly to the right of where that picture was taken. Adding a 16 story monstrosity would only distract and take away from that area from a view standpoint. A monolith in the middle of the view of Richmond and its outlying communities only available to the few high paying individuals who decide to take residence in that building. This isnt just a growth vs non growth issue. It hinges on providing something that everyone can currently enjoy vs providing something that very few can enjoy. You are taking away from a public square in favor of a private profit.
