Calling families with young readers! Pura Belpré honored author-illustrator Angela Dominguez and Newbery-winning author Meg Medina will be at bbgb books celebrating the launch of Stella Diaz to the Rescue, the latest book in Dominguez's Stella Diaz early novel series. They will also be talking about Meg's upcoming middle grade novel, Merci Suarez Plays it Cool, and answering questions from the audience. This in-person event is free to attend and open to the public. Masks are appreciated when in the shop.
