Well said Jeff.
Someone always makes money when development occurs. It is a sorry state of affairs when "profit motive" becomes a dirty phrase. How do we expect anything to get done? A quality ballpark in the bottom that goes hand and hand with historical preservation is good for Richmond. Development of the Boulevard into an urban marketplace (See D.C.'s Columbia Heights) will be GREAT for Richmond. Richmond's exploding population of empty nesters, young professionals, young families, and college students will keep their tax dollars at home. Chesterfield will loath the day they decided not to "play ball".
Re: “Virginia Repertory Theatre Downtown”
