Good on ETs. I go there just about everyday for years and the people that work there have never been anything but nice and helpful. Glad they are getting a deserved pay bump!

I rarely go to chains and do eat at local spots but I think Padow's suffered pretty much the same problems as Bill's. Every visit for at least the last decade the restaurants were dingy, the service was less than friendly and the food was nothing special. What's the incentive to give them my money?
That "but they are RVA institution" mentality only goes so far. Adapt or die.
My daughter has done Girls Rock Camp the last two years and loved it.
