60 Years on West Broad Street

Members of the VCU and Richmond police departments, Mayor Levar Stoney, Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security Brian Moran and and longtime customers gave Howard Adams of Adams Barbershop a surprise anniversary cake for his 60th year in business at 821 West Broad Street. The barbershop is a go to spot for law enforcement officers. Adams' 60th anniversary is May 1st.
