Lela Bizz minds her own business. The native Richmonder and R&B singer built her website, directs her music videos and manages her career. But unlike many artists who try to do it all, Bizz’s kinetic efforts look and sound professional and promising. She’s advanced to the third round of a popular reality show (“The Voice”) and recently released an ambitious mix tape featuring the influence of four decades of music (“The Jukebox”), and her versatility is manifest on “Ain’t Worried,” an energetic track from her debut disc, “Life’s a Musical.” lelabizz.com.
