In the triumvirate of Richmond chef excellence, Ed Vasaio (Mamma 'Zu), Dale Reitzer (Acacia) and Walter Bundy (Lemaire) are by now unimpeachable. Their restaurants, which figure on nearly every local short list for best restaurants, give us reasons to return year after year — and we do.
