Correction and Clarification

In "Walking Ads Misinterpreted, Jeweler Says" (Street Talk, Jan. 24), we left out details about the changing ownership of Schwarzschild Jewelers. The ownership group responsible for the liquidation sale includes The Gordon Co. of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and investment partners Tiger Capitol of Boston and SB Capitol of Great Neck, N.Y. That group has sold Schwarzschild to Schiffman's Family of Fine Jewelers of Greensboro, N.C., which officially takes over the chain Jan. 29.

Personalized bricks purchased by the public as part of the Virginia Capitol Foundation's Capitol Square restoration fundraiser ("Capitol Fundraiser Trumps Jefferson's Ideal," Street Talk, Jan. 24) will be placed at the Bank Street entrance to Capitol Square. Style regrets the errors.
