Pee Per View

If you’ve ever rushed into a Carytown boutique to answer the call of nature only to be told that the restrooms are reserved for paying customers, you already know what half of Tony Award-winning musical “Urinetown” is about. It is set in the midst of a 20-year drought that has ushered in corporate control of water use, and citizens such as Little Sally, played by Audra Honaker, are forced to use pay toilets. When the hardworking citizens at the poorest, filthiest urinal in town decide they’ve had enough of their oppression, the result is a musical journey that parodies bureaucracy, politics and bodily functions. The show opens Aug. 30 at 8 p.m. and runs through Nov. 3. Tickets are $31.50-$33.50. Call 748-5203 or visit www.swiftcreekmill.com. S
