Next up at 1731 W. Main is an American eatery called Mainstream. Owner Michael Farley plans to serve burgers, steaks, seafood and sandwiches with prices topping out in the $15 range. He's in the process of getting paperwork managed and a kitchen staff hired for the 80-seat space with full bar. Look for daily lunch and dinner service and weekend brunch by late fall.
