The state’s attorney general has a few important jobs: defending the Constitution, protecting the elderly, etc. But Cuccinelli is much better known for accusing a climate change researcher of fraud, telling Virginia’s public colleges they can’t ban discrimination against gays, and, most recently, ruling that it’s cool to bring your gun to church.
