I am glad to see that a commonwealth’s attorney can state that a company that he vetted has a policy of one hand not knowing what the other is doing (“City Officials Hire Controversial Prison Operator,” News & Features, Dec. 25). Give me a break. Company culture flows down from above and where money is involved it would seem much more relevant when detaching an arm and casting a blind eye to the bigger “body of work” that has been well documented.
