Gee, I was beginning to lose hope. Thank goodness the sales tax was increased and the gas tax eliminated. The nerve of those peons in the lower-middle class. Maybe this’ll teach them not to keep their cupboards too well-stocked. And to think those hybrid-car buyers actually thought that they could improve our natural resource situation. We should all teach them a lesson or two and rush out right now and buy two-ton, 8-foot-tall SUVs and save America now. Maybe after all the medical co-pays are satisfied.
