Melodic indie rocker Brice Woodall recently competed before a panel of 12 judges, including representatives from Billboard, BMI, Rolling Stone and Spin magazines, at the Northeast region of the Independent Music World Series held in October by Disc Makers at the Knitting Factory in New York City.
