This rockin’ band is led by Igor Yuzov, who grew up in the former Soviet Union and was visited by Elvis Presley in his dreams and told to rock. He moved to the U.S. and soon his Siberian surf rock became so popular in Santa Monica, California, that the city ordered the band to discontinue street performances.
