Mayor Levar Stoney, Police Chief Alfred Durham, Commonwealth Attorney Michael Herring and Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority CEO TK Somanath addressed the press this morning in regard to the recent murders in Richmond. Four people were murdered in Gilpin Court over the weekend.
