An Asian gastropub called Friend or Pho is coming to the former White Dog location at 2329 W. Main St. New owner Robert Kaplan of Lucky Buddha hopes to open the business soon, serving Vietnamese, Korean and Thai-influenced food, with 20 beers on tap, several specialty bottled beers and an extensive wine list.
