On Aug. 18 around noon, an assistant manager at a grocery store on West 20th Street reported that he observed a male suspect in the meat section of the market with an unusually large bulge in his sweatpants. When the manager asked what was in the man’s pants, he started to run toward the entrance. Recovered were five T-bone steaks. Estimated value:
